Delivery and return

Deadline

Your orders are delivered from our warehouse located in France. Our delivery time is 2 to 3 working days in mainland France.

Hourly

Any order received on Friday after 4 p.m. will be shipped the following Monday morning. Any order to be delivered on a public holiday will be delivered the business day following the public holiday. If an order is placed on a public holiday, it will not be processed until the next working day and delivery times for the next working day will apply.

Cancel a subscription

You can cancel your upcoming subscription orders via our site.

Please note that we cannot cancel an order after 7am on the day of delivery. Indeed, once our distribution center has processed an order, we are unable to collect it. This is why we send a reminder email 3 days before renewing a subscription. Therefore, you can cancel an order or subscription until 7 a.m. on the day of delivery, so that we have time to collect the order from the shipping area.

Since Daily Energy is an ingestible dietary supplement, for quality control, health and safety reasons we do not accept returns. We cannot re-store food items once they have left our supervision.

We can, of course, accept returns if you have placed an order in error, or if we have not complied with your request (as long as you have sent it before 7am on the morning of your order date). In this case, please contact us via the page titled “contact”.
