Order

All orders must be validated and availability checked. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by email (or by other means if no email address has been provided) and you will have the option of either waiting until the item is available in stock, or to cancel your order.

We will treat each of your orders as an offer to purchase our products or services and we have the right to refuse such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order that you may receive from us will not imply our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Site. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit, debit or Paypal account or (ii) dispatch the goods to you or commence services, whichever is later, on which date we will send you an email confirming that the contract has been concluded (“Dispatch Confirmation”). The contract will only relate to goods or services which we have confirmed to be dispatched in the dispatch confirmation. We will not be obligated to supply any other goods or services which may have been part of your order until shipment of those goods or services has been confirmed in a different shipping confirmation.

We will take every precaution, wherever possible, to protect your order details and payment details, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held responsible for any losses you may suffer if a third party manages to gain unauthorized access to data that you provided when accessing the Site or during the ordering process on it.

Products sold on the Website are not for resale or distribution. We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or suspend your account where we determine that products are ordered in violation of this provision.

You become responsible for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address you provided when ordering the products. We will not be liable if you provide an incorrect delivery address or if you do not collect the products from the delivery address provided by you.

We cannot cancel orders after 10am on the scheduled shipping day. This is because once our warehouse team has processed your order, we cannot collect it. As a reminder, we will send you an email 3 days before the expiry of each subscription renewal.

As Absolute Collagen is an ingestible supplement, we cannot accept returns due to quality control as well as health and safety. We produce our collagen with great care and cannot restock food products once they are out of our supervision.

We are of course able to accept returns if we have processed your order in error - or if we have not responded to your request (provided it is before 10am on the day of your next order).

Order cancellations must be made before 10 a.m. on the shipping day so that we can remove the order from the shipping area.

If you received a subscription cancellation confirmation email after processing an order, this order will still be shipped and cannot be returned.

Subscription and cancellation

All orders must be validated by Doctor Okinawa. Doctor Okinawa is not obligated to accept your order and may, in its discretion, refuse to accept an order. When Doctor Okinawa accepts your order, you will receive an email confirming that the product has been shipped.

As the Post Office and delivery couriers do not operate on certain public holidays (such as Christmas Day), we may adjust your next order dates to ensure that your order is not delayed. We will inform you by email of any future order date changes.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for any recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.

Initially, your subscription will be renewed 2 days earlier than the normal date (26 days) to avoid any supply interruptions due to postage/courier delays.

Example: 28 sachets delivered every 28 days means that if delivery is one day late to deliver your second order, you will miss a day of Daily Energy consumption (based on a rate of one sachet per day for 28 days).

After your second order, your subscription will be automatically extended for successive periods of 28 days, at the corresponding subscription rate, unless otherwise clearly stated on the product page (e.g. special offers).

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account on our Site. You can also cancel it by sending us an email at bydoctorokinawa@gmail.com, and we will take care of it. Your subscription will end on the day you cancel provided you cancel before 7am GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). Please note that cancellation requests submitted after 7am GMT will not take effect until the following day.

Example: If you have a subscription order scheduled for Monday and you cancel after 7 a.m. on Monday, that order will still be charged and shipped because our warehouse team will have already processed the order. All orders after this date will be canceled and you will no longer be billed.

We send an automatic reminder email 3 days before processing each order and before collecting payment.

The above rights of withdrawal do not affect your right of withdrawal within the statutory withdrawal period.

Prices do not include VAT and delivery costs (if applicable) will be added when you view the items in your basket.

Your order will be executed on the delivery date indicated in the confirmation email or, if no delivery date is specified, within a reasonable time from the date of the order. You acknowledge, however, that sometimes due to supply issues with our suppliers or other reasons beyond our control, orders may be delivered more than 30 days after the order was placed.

We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time in the event of a violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy. Membership is void where prohibited by law.

All subscriptions are without obligation and can be canceled at any time.

Price and payment

VAT not applicable - article 293 B of the CGI.
All prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT and are correct at the time the information is entered into the system. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice (any changes will not affect orders for which we have sent you a shipping confirmation).

If your delivery address is not within Europe you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. You must take responsibility for all these additional charges. You should note that customs policies and practices vary greatly from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, or PayPal account. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before your goods are dispatched or the service is provided to you.

In the unlikely event that the price indicated on the payment page is incorrect, and we realize this before accepting your order, in accordance with the aforementioned clause on subscriptions we are not obliged to sell the products to you at the price noted. We always try to ensure that product prices listed on our Site are accurate, but occasionally errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to reconfirm your order at the correct price, or to cancel it. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods (but they have not yet been dispatched), you will be refunded in full.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization from the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses or does not authorize payment, for whatever reason, we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.
